About Westport Pools
Design. Build. Service. Management.
Westport Pools began as a pool management company (Midwest Pool Management) and brings over 40 years of experience operating pools into the design and construction of both commercial and residential pools. Our owners are lifelong St. Louis residents and combined have over 100 years of experience in the swimming pool industry in St. Louis.
We only build inground concrete swimming pools. We have built the majority of the new municipal swimming pools in the St. Louis area and that experience keeps us on the cutting edge of aquatic technology. The construction personnel that build those complex commercial facilities are the same ones that build our residential pools. Our design and construction process for residential swimming pools differs from other companies and is tailored to make each swimming pool we design unique to the customer.

OPENING AND CLOSING SERVICES
Take the hassle and worry out of getting your pool ready for the season and closing it up once the season is over. Westport Pools offers pool opening and closing on a time and materials basis at a rate of $138/hour.

POOL OPENING SERVICES
Our standard opening service assures that all features of your pool are operating at peak efficiency. Our opening service includes:
- Drain and remove the pool cover and store if requested
- Assemble, test and start up filter, heater, chlorinator
- Install pool cleaner, ladder, and other equipment
- Add needed chemicals to make the water balanced and ready for use
DRAINING AND CLEANING POOL
Arrangements for this extra service can be made by contacting our office. There is a minimum charge of $700.
CLOSING AND WINTERIZATION SERVICES
Improper winterization can cause significant and costly damage to your pool. Protect your pool by having Westport Pools do the closing and winterizing for you. Our standard closing services include:
- Lower the water level
- Drain filter tanks, cleaner pump, plumbing lines
- Open valves as required
- Insulate pipes and connect heat tapes as needed
