ABOUT THE POOL PRO FOUNDER
With a Bachelors Degree in Engineering and experience as a field engineer, founder Bruce Jones is a detail person. He appreciates the importance of assessing your site before the project even begins, and will recommend an installation plan designed to work for you and your location. He is a stickler for planning, scheduling, well-organized project management, and perfecting construction procedures. Most of all, he insists on honoring his commitments to you, the customer — from your project due date to the sound operation of your pool for years to come.
More than 20 years ago, Bruce learned the swimming pool installation process as a way of supporting himself while attending college. Today, he builds on that experience with a love of hands-on design and construction… and the knowledge to do the job right.
Behind the scenes, Bruce's wife, Barb Jones, keeps the details that drive Pool Pro's clockwork-like precision in tune. Organizing office systems, managing customer records, maintaining the accounting system, keeping updated with the localities' codes, and coordinating marketing and advertising are among some of her roles at Pool Pro.
Not a newcomer to the world of caring for customers, Barb earned a Bachelors Degree in public relations and worked in the retail environment training crews and opening new stores before transferring her skills to Pool Pro. Barb's duties pertain to the office, so you may not see her. But you will feel the effects of her customer-focus in how smoothly your Pool Pro project takes form.
