WATTERS AQUATECH POOLS AND SPAS is a privately owned pool construction company started in Las Vegas in 1985 and is a member of Aquatech, a national organization of custom pool builders. Russ Watters, the owner of Watters Aquatech Pools and Spas, got his start in the pool industry locally in 1972 and has worked in all phases of pool construction. After working for a number of swimming pool contractors in Las Vegas, Russ felt it was time to start his own business. In 1981, as a swimming pool plumbing contractor, Russ Watters founded Russ Watters Pool Plumbing and in 1985, Watters Pools and Spas was created. Russ Watters is a "hands-on" contractor who personally hires, trains and supervises every phase of pool construction.
Watters Aquatech , a member of the National Spa and Pool Institute, has won several International N.S.P.I. Design Awards.
Russ is presently a Board member for the local N.S.P.I. and a member of the Builders Council for the National Board.
