Springfield Pool and Spa was founded by Dick Faxon in 1987. Dick started out carrying 3 models of Hot Springs spas and had two employees. Today, Springfield Pool and Spa is proud to offer the best selection of portable spas in Springfield. Over the years, we also added quality above ground pools and started building our own inground pools shortly after the store opened.
Springfield Pool and Spa is the authorized dealer in Southwest Missouri for Hot Spring spas, Doughboy above-ground pools, Heldor/Cardinal inground pools, Sunheat Infrared Portable Heaters and Bioguard pool and spa care products.
At Springfield Pool and Spa we believe in earning customer satisfaction the "Old fashion way", through hard work, dedication and providing the highest quality products on the market.
We provide service after the sale. From delivery and installation, to maintenance and repair with original parts replacement. We offer free computerized water analysis. All of our employees are certified by Bioguard to handle your chemical needs and questions. Our service techs have attended various courses for maintenance and repair of pumps, heaters, and other related equipment and have 50+ combined years experience.
Our most important priority is making sure our customers receive sound advice on their purchase, are completely satisfied with their buying experience, and enjoy their product for years to come. We are proud to say that most of our business comes from repeat customers and referrals.
