About AQUA PALACE SPA & POOL
Aqua Palace Spas & Pools is a family-owned business that’s all about the fun, relaxation and therapy from being in water and in saunas. It started when Scott Rolenc, then diesel mechanic, became frustrated not finding a spa dealer he felt comfortable buying from in the area.
So in 1995 he began selling hot tubs out of a small shop in Red Oak, Iowa. The business, Deep Woods Spas, grew quickly and by 1998 Scott opened a second location in Council Bluffs, Iowa. This larger store within the Mall of the Bluffs was named Aqua Palace and sold spas, saunas and above ground swimming pools. Aqua Palace not only successfully drew many buyers from both southwest Iowa and the Omaha metro, Scott was also winning awards and more customers for his ability to build custom in-ground pools, decks and patios.
In 2002 Aqua Palace moved into the former State Farm Claim Center five acre property right off I-80 in Council Bluffs with a 5,000 square foot indoor showroom as well as a large outside pool garden. While becoming the Omaha area’s largest spa, pool and sauna dealer, Scott has never forgotten what‘s made his business successful.
