DPD
Chemically, NN Diethyl-p-Phenylene Diamine Sulfate. A method of testing for chlorine levels in the pool water. An indicator reagent used to measure free available chlorine (DPD1) and total chlorine (DPD3), bromine, ozone and other oxidizers in water. Unlike OTO, DPD testing allows determination of total and free available chlorine levels which through subtraction gives us combined levels.
