How much do you charge to come out to my house for repairs?
I would probably suggest putting more of an emphasis on reputation than on how much someone charges per hour. The lowest priced company might take longer to do the repair—and in that situation, the cost per hour would be irrelevant. I believe that the main question that you should ask a pool company before hiring them for a repair is—Can you solve my problem? Pool companies base their rates on what their costs are—a company that is trying to run a high quality business will have to charge more than one that does not due to increased costs—such as insurance, training, testing equipment, etc.
